Cases (required vs ideal): Bread & butter. No heads or hearts. Patient volume: Patient age range: All ages; no sick peds Support staff: 5-6 CRNA's & 1-2 ANE MD's Number of beds or ORs: 99-beds EMR: Paper Certifications required (BLS, PALS, ACLS, other): Schedule: 4x10's OR 4x10's & 1x8 OR 5x10's. 2 weeks per month 40-50 hours/week.
