Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital in Hazleton, PA.
Compensation & Benefits:
•W2 compensation: $332,800 annually
•$160/hourly rate
•$75k Sign-On Bonus with a 3-year commitment
•Annual Retention Bonus: $10,000
•Opportunity to earn more for serving as 2nd remote on-call backup
•6 weeks PTO | $5,000 CME

Practice Environment:
•Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital
•4 ORs | 150 beds | L4 Trauma | Level 1 NICU
•2 ORs 7 a.m.-3 p.m., 2 ORs 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
•2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology, | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | OB (500 deliveries)
•Care team model
•EMR–EPIC
Qualifications:
•Active state license
•Board certification | Board eligible if in process
•ACLS | PALS | BLS
