HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CRNAs to join the Anesthesia Care Team at HCA Memorial Health University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center.in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. This dynamic team as been growing over the past year since transitioning to a hospital employed model and is thriving under strong, supportive leadership. Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Anesthesia Care Team Model of 18 General Anesthesiologists including 3 CV Anesthesiologists and 60 APPs covering 27 sites of service
• Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, General, Orthopedics, Urology, GI and Pediatrics
• Annual surgical volume 24,000+ cases and 3000+ OB cases
• Flexible schedule. 8s, 10s, 12 hour shifts available. Shift differentials may also apply.
• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency
Incentive and Benefits Package:
• W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant
• $75k Start Date bonus with early sign on option up to 14 months prior to starting work
• Competitive compensation package, based on years of experience PLUS $20k trauma stipend.
• Specialty Skill stipends for Complex Neuro, Pediatrics, and Cardiac offered.
• Premium pay if clinician stays past agreed upon shift or opts to pick up extra shift(s).
• 8 weeks paid Time Away from Practice- frontloaded at the first of the year. Prorated based on start.
