Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Staffing model of 7 Anesthesiologists and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
• CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule 4,10s plus beeper call for additional premium comp. Call is split equally amongst team members and there is always a Doc on call with you.
Incentive/Benefits Package:
• Excellent compensation package with 8 weeks PTO front loaded - no waiting period! PTO increases with years of service.
• Geographic stipend of $40K. Additional $15K Cardiac stipend offered for qualified clinicians.
• W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant.
• 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increases with years of service.
• $75K Start Date Bonus and Relocation assistance available.
• Premium pay rate calculated daily if clinicians works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
