There s a sweet spot between bored and burnt out the reason why I stay here is it s right in the ideal middle. I get to do cases that make me think critically & are mentally stimulating but it s balanced with plenty of straightforward cases too. a current CRNA
Highly competitive compensation: anticipated range of $270-300K+, w additional earnings available. Plus, $50K signing bonus (for new grads,) $2K/month training stipend, + a relocation stipend.
