This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Indiana might be the perfect fit for you!Opportunity HighlightsSchedule: MUST WORK Orientation July 8th and work 8a-4pm on July 9th and 10thJob Setting: Hospital Types of Cases: General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases (Head, Spine), Open Heart Anesthesia, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar and Cervical, Transforaminal (Lumbar, Cervical), Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocksCredentialing: Must submit credentialing documents 7 days after acceptance. MUST BE ENROLLED IN PCF. CAQH Questionnaire must be completed.
