Description
North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking CRNA’s to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows clinicians to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs. Together, these clinicians promote positive patient experiences and deliver the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve across the NY region

Shifts: Shifts vary depending on the location.
You may be requested to take up to two calls per month within this salary. You will continue to sign in and out while on call and hours worked over 40/week will be paid at 1.5x. Additional calls, to which you can agree and will be site specific, will be paid a pager rate of $500/call. Call terms will be site specific and may be an 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour call depending on the site. In effect, you will be asked to pull the same weight as others at the site regarding call.

Responsibilities
Pre-anesthesia assessment
Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
Current license as a registered professional nurse
Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Total Rewards
Salary: $168.27/hour (approx. $350k annually)
Reimbursement for Expenses: Travel expenses including food, mileage, rental car, lodging, airfare are reimbursed per company policy.
