CRNA Locums Opportunity — Phoenix, Arizona
We are currently seeking a qualified CRNA for a locum tenens assignment at a short-term acute care hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
Position Details:
Case Mix: General and Obstetrics
Schedule Options: 10- or 12-hour day shifts
Availability: Full-time, part-time, or flexible scheduling (3 days/week or 3 weeks/month)
Call: Pager call with rotating schedule (to be determined)
Practice Model: Supervision
EMR: Epic
Assignment Highlights:
Travel and lodging expenses included
Convenient access — Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (2 miles)
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 60 days
Start date: As soon as credentialing is complete
Contract length: 3 to 6 months with option to extend
Requirements:
Active Arizona state license
Board Certified
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
