Envision is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, located on Florida’s spectacular Emerald Coast.
This is a NO-CALL position consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts/week with one Saturday per month and one holiday per year. Take advantage of a predictable schedule with no call and no nights. Opportunity Details:

Practice Details:
• Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists & 25 CRNAs
• 12 operating rooms with a broad, engaging case mix
• Cases Include: Vascular, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, ENT, GYN, OB (non-high risk), Cardiothoracic (Hearts & Valves), Thoracic, Robotic, Plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab, Bronch Lab, Healthy Peds, and more
