Job Description
We are in search of CRNAs who would like to become a apart of our brand new endoscopy center and participate in the development of our innovative patient centric care model.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for procedural, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, procedurists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education.
Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
