Full-Time or PRN CRNA Opportunity – $200/hr (1099)
Canyon Vista Medical Center – Sierra Vista, Arizona

We are seeking CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at Canyon Vista Medical Center, a Level III Trauma and teaching hospital serving the Sierra Vista region. This opportunity offers guaranteed Monday through Friday 10-hour shifts, paid call opportunities, a broad surgical case mix, and free shared housing for clinicians who need it. CRNAs practice within a collaborative model and work across a diverse range of cases in a busy hospital setting.
Schedule and Compensation:
CRNAs are offered guaranteed Monday through Friday 10-hour shifts with opportunities for both full-time and PRN schedules. Compensation is $200 per hour on a 1099 basis. Weekly overtime and all call-back hours are paid at $200 per hour.
Call is compensated as follows:
• Weekday call: $500 per shift
• Weekend call: $1,000 per shift
Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available for qualifying full-time candidates. Free shared housing is also provided.
Case Mix and Patient Population:
Canyon Vista Medical Center supports a strong and varied surgical service line that includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics, GI, Trauma, Endoscopy, Podiatry, and Gynecology. The facility operates 4 operating rooms plus 1 endoscopy suite and maintains 24-hour OB provider coverage, with 12 hours in house and 12 hours off site. This provides CRNAs with a consistent case mix and exposure to a well-rounded practice environment.
Practice Model and Workflow:
This is a collaborative anesthesia model designed to support CRNAs in a team-based hospital environment. Providers work closely with the anesthesia team while managing a broad scope of cases across the surgical platform. The structure offers consistency, autonomy within the care model, and opportunities for both full-time and PRN clinicians to contribute based on staffing needs.
