Full-Time CRNA Opportunity – $10,250–$11,000 per full week (1099)
Valley View Medical Center – Fort Mohave, Arizona
We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join the anesthesia team at Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Arizona. This opportunity offers a predictable 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation, typically 8-hour weekday shifts, and a stable clinical environment with shared call responsibilities. This is a hospital-based role designed for providers seeking consistency, balance, and long-term sustainability.
Schedule and Compensation:
This is a full-time 1099 position structured around 39 working weeks per year on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation. Shifts are typically 8-hour OR days, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekday and weekend call shared among providers. All providers must be available to cover one full holiday week per year, offered on a first-come, first-served basis (Thanksgiving or Christmas). A $6k yearly retention bonus is also available
Two compensation options are available:
Option 1:
$10,250 per full week (Monday–Friday) for 39 weeks per year
All hours worked over 40 hours per week are paid at $200/hour
Additional full weeks paid at $10,250 per week
Option 2:
$11,000 per full week (Monday–Friday) for 39 weeks per year
All hours worked over 50 hours per week are paid at $200/hour
Additional full weeks paid at $11,000 per week
PRN Options may be available
Case Mix and Patient Population:
Valley View Medical Center supports a community-based surgical service line with a manageable and well-rounded case mix. Cases include General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, OB Urology, ENT, Endo and some Healthy Peds. The environment provides steady volume without excessive acuity, allowing for efficient workflow and a sustainable pace.
Practice Model and Workflow:
This is a loosely supervised anesthesia care model with shared call responsibilities and a predictable daily workflow.

The area provides a relaxed pace of life with convenient access to Bullhead City and nearby regional amenities.
