Job Description
CRNA Together is seeking multiple CRNAs to cover the expansion of a contract that we have been managing since June 2023. Many working at the site currently have been with us since that time. Ideally, anyone new would have an active Illinois license, and be available to work a minimum of two Monday-Friday weeks per month. We can also offer PRN coverage on Fridays consistently.

· 1099 Rate: $250/hr– plus paid travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance with tail
· Premium rate: +$50/hr for any hours worked past the end of a scheduled shift
. Schedule: 10hrs M-F. No Call and No Weekends. For 40+hr contracts, Fridays are required
· Case Types: ASC, GI, MOR, Cath lab, IR, Radiology, OB
· Model: Medical Direction/Care Team - 1:3
· Skills/Certifications Required: Active IL license (preferable), ACLS, BLS
· Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
