CRNA Opportunities at Mercy – Fort Smith Hospital | Fort Smith, AR
Hourly Rate: $175–$180 | Total Compensation: Up to $405,000+ | 7 Weeks Off
Renew Medical Group is seeking skilled and motivated CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at Mercy – Fort Smith Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Multiple full-time opportunities are available, including Primetime Non-Call and Call-Taking positions with flexible scheduling options.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Primetime / Non-Call CRNA (Full-Time)
- Hourly Rate: $175/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime only
- 45 weeks per year contracted, 7 weeks unpaid time off
- Annual compensation: $175/hour × 40 hours/week × 45 weeks = $315,000
- No weekends, no holidays, no call
- Ideal for clinicians seeking stability and predictable scheduling
Call-Taking CRNA (Full-Time)
- Hourly Rate: $180/hour
- Schedule: Weekday OR shifts (4/8/9/12-hour options) plus call rotation
- Call Pay: Weekday $500 first call / $250 second call | Weekend $1,000 first call / $500 second call
- Callback Rate: $180/hour (minimum 4-hour guarantee)
- Post-call day off guaranteed
- 45 weeks per year contracted, 7 weeks unpaid time off
- Estimated annual compensation: $180/hour × 45–50 hours/week × 45 weeks + call pay = Up to $405,000
- Greater flexibility and earning potential with call incentives
CASE DIVERSITY
- General anesthesia, endoscopy, full scope coverage
- OB cases available if desired
- Pediatric cases available if desired
- Cardiac cases covered by specialized Cardiac CRNAs

REQUIREMENTS
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
