ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:

*Locations: North Shore Hospital, Roslyn, NY and Multi-Specialty ASC, Hauppauge, NY
*Schedule: Daytime only
*Start Date: Immediate
JOB INFORMATION AND DUTIES:
*This full-time W2 position floats between a busy North Shore hospital in Roslyn and a high-functioning multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center in Hauppauge. The ideal candidate lives centrally on Long Island and is seeking a stable, well-compensated position with clinical variety, strong employer support, and a consistent daytime schedule.
*Hospital duties (Roslyn) include providing anesthesia for general surgery, electrophysiology (EPS), gastrointestinal (GI), transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and cardiac catheterization lab cases. This is not an OB or trauma position.
*ASC duties (Hauppauge) include providing anesthesia for bread-and-butter orthopedic and general surgery cases, including general anesthesia and regional nerve blocks, in a collaborative care team model.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Minimum 1 year of post-certification clinical experience
*Regional block experience preferred
*Comfortable working in a care team anesthesia model
*Candidates centrally located on Long Island between Roslyn and Hauppauge strongly preferred
SALARY AND INCOME INFORMATION:
*Base salary starting at $270,000 annually, commensurate with experience

ANESTHESIA GROUP INFORMATION: Care team model anesthesia practice operating across both a hospital and ambulatory surgery center setting on Long Island. Collaborative, physician-led environment with a focus on efficiency, quality, and provider satisfaction.
FACILITY INFORMATION:
*Hospital: Full-service acute care hospital, North Shore, Roslyn, NY. Case types include general surgery, EPS, GI, TEE, and cath lab. No OB, no trauma.
*ASC: Multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, Hauppauge, NY. High-volume, efficient OR environment focused on orthopedic and general surgery. Well-organized with consistent room turnover.
OTHER: This position is well-suited for a Long Island-based CRNA looking for clinical variety without the demands of overnight call, OB, or trauma. Candidates in Smithtown, Commack, Melville, Plainview, Syosset, Huntington, and surrounding areas are especially encouraged to apply.
