Fulltime CRNA Opportunity – Bakersfield, CA Position Overview Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking both new graduate and experienced CRNAs to join our growing team at a busy, high-volume hospital in Bakersfield, California. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs looking for true autonomy, a broad range of cases, and a supportive practice environment. Practice Highlights • Independent CRNA practice model • Seven anesthesiologists available daily for collaboration and support • High-volume hospital with excellent case variety • Opportunities to maintain and expand clinical skills • New graduates welcome Case Mix Includes • High-risk OB • Neurology • Vascular surgery • Cardiac Cath Lab • Orthopedics • General surgery • Pediatrics If you enjoy clinical diversity and want to practice at the top of your license, this position offers an outstanding opportunity. Compensation & Benefits • $190–$210 per hour, depending on experience • 1099 independent contractor position • Guaranteed weekly hours • Malpractice coverage provided • Loan repayment opportunities available Schedule • Flexible scheduling • 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available • CRNAs participate in backup call coverage Qualifications • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) • Active California licensure • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Why Bakersfield?
