Take your CRNA skills to the next level as a CRNA at Cleveland Clinic in Stuart, Florida. Be a part of our collaborative anesthesiology team working full-time at three hospitals, a surgery center, and a GI Center with combined patient volumes of approximately 25,000. Experience a broad range of procedures: cardiac (optional), general, orthopedics, thoracic, neurology, vascular, ENT, healthy pediatrics, podiatry and urology. No trauma or neonates. Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling options.
Position Highlights
• NEW Base salary range: $235K-$255K (based on years of experience)
• $100K sign-on bonus plus annual retention
• Extra shift premiums and monthly call bonuses with additional call shift stipends (shifts are 7am-7pm)
• Flexible scheduling options, including 1 week on/1 week off model
• Only one required holiday call per year for all full-time providers
• 8 weeks of PTO for regular full-time positions
• Local, dedicated CRNA leadership for support and collaboration
• Case mix includes General, OB, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and endo procedures (No hearts)

Facility
Founded in 1939 as Martin County Hospital, the 244-bed facility treats patients with major illnesses or injuries and life-threatening symptoms. The campus is home to the Frances Langford Heart Center, the Robert and Carol Weissman Cancer Center, the Back and Spine Center and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center. The hospital is also home to the Martin Health System Center for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery, a multidisciplinary team comprising of surgeons, registered dietitians and bariatric nurse coordinator.
