Job Description
TeamHealth is expanding our anesthesia care team of 11 physicians and 30 CRNAs at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. You will join a well-established and supportive team while handling a diverse case mix, including obstetrics, orthopedics, cardiac/vascular, ENT, and much more! No trauma and no sick pediatric cases. We offer a variety of shifts that includes 8-, 10-, 12-, 16- and 24-hours. Call is optional allowing for additional compensation at premium pay. Enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes a $125,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment, then an annual $25,000 retention bonus after year 3 plus an annual metric bonus.
