Highlights of this Locum opportunity.
• Solo CRNA practice; 9 CRNA’s when fully staffed; currently down 1 and adding an additional due to opening a new OR
• Prefer those that can do blocks and epidurals/ spinals
• 5 OR’s running; call would be light 1 night a week- very light; open to those willing to take weekends.
• 400 births; do not stay in-house for epidurals
• 50 bed hospital; Use Epic
• Credentialing can take 90 days; estimated start early February- on-going coverage 6 months.
Need full-time but open to 2 weeks on/ 2 off.
Preference is Five 8's BUT will consider 10's here! OT not after 40 hours- after 10hr shift so can work 50 hours with NO OT
Types of cases: Cases primarily consist of bread and butter. Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, cataracts, podiatry, and Urology. No hearts, spines or Neuro. CRNA's needs to be ACLS, PALS and CPR certified. Iowa State Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA.
• $245.00/hour 8 hour daily min Monday- Friday.
• $400.00 to take the beeper call week night (M-F). In addition, any hours called back after the standard work day call will be reimbursed at $260.00/hour with a 2 hour min for each call back after hours. Again- light call.
• Weekend call: $1,800 per 24 hours of call coverage. This includes 2 hours of call backs built in. If/after you work more than 2 hours, you will receive. $260.00/hour for call backs.
• $35.00/day meal per diem.
Lodging provided and round trip mileage from home base at the IRS mileage reimbursement rate. Any travel outside of driving in/out to this location must be pre-approved by the facility.
