Job Description
About the opportunity:
**Must have IL license in hand. *Credentialing doesn’t start until it’s active.
• $250/hr.
• Schedule details: Full time or 2 weeks per month
• Shift types and hours: 50 hours, 5x10s (M-F)
• OT after 50
• no weekends/ No Call
• Cases (required vs ideal): Trauma L1, Cases: Bread & butter + Ortho, great if they can do OB/ cardiac but not necessary, working with very sick population, trauma L1
• Model: Majority of cases will be supervised. 1:2/1:3
• Travel and Lodging reimbursed or Stipend available.
• Malpractice through our agency
