Locum CRNA for 5 weeks on/1 week off starting April 2026

Job Title: Locum CRNA Employment Status: 1099 Job Type: Locum/Contract Location: Northeastern Indiana Duration: 3-6 months, ongoing, 5 weeks on/1 week off, starting April 2026. Shifts: 7am-4pm Call: 4pm-7am, OR and OB call. Primary and secondary call with call response time of 20 minutes. Case Types: Endo, OB, peds, urology, ENT, general, GYN and ortho. 400-500 deliveries per year. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license. Special Requirements: Need case logs with proof of epidural, spinal and blocks. Indiana PCF enrollment is required with malpractice coverage.
