● Job Title: CRNA – Direct Hire ● Employment Status: W2 or 1099 ● Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement ● Location: Central Arkansas ● Annual Salary Range: TBD ● Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts. Most OR days are short and rarely go after lunch unless you are taking call. ● Call: Required - shared evenly among the team ● Case Types: General/B&B, OB, Endo, Peds ● Start Date: May 2026 ● EMR: Cerner ● Supervision Model: Independent - all CRNA practice ● Special Considerations: Providers considering this job need to be comfortable functioning on their own and must be competent in pediatric anesthesia. Job Summary: A strong, independent CRNA will thrive in this quality‑of‑life role, practicing within a collaborative 3‑CRNA group where most OR days finish by lunchtime unless on call. The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options. The position offers 5 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME, and a full benefits package including retirement, health, dental, and vision. Located in Clarksville near the Arkansas River and Lake Dardanelle, the community offers a blend of natural beauty and cultural amenities, including the University of the Ozarks and the Walton Fine Arts Center.
