● Job Title: CRNA – Direct Hire ● Employment Status: W2 – Full-Time ● Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement ● Location: Hawaii – Serving the state’s only Level I Trauma Center ● Schedule: Full-Time; various shift options available; includes hourly shift differentials ● Call: TBD ● Case Types: Trauma Surgery, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgical, Neuro Spine, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Oncology, Endoscopy Suites, Ambulatory Surgery, Non-OR Areas ● Start Date: ASAP ● EMR: TBD ● Supervision Model: Care Team Model (Medical Supervision) ● Special Considerations: Annual salary increases (up to a maximum), paid time off, paid holidays, CME allowance, group malpractice, long-term care and disability coverage, medical expense reimbursement, and more Job Summary: Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking full-time CRNAs for a permanent opportunity with the largest anesthesia practice in Hawaii, serving the state’s only Level I Trauma Center. This high-acuity position offers a diverse case mix and extensive benefits including CME support, medical expense reimbursement, and retirement contributions. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Hawaii ● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new graduates considered ● Proficiency in high-acuity cases including trauma, neuro, vascular, thoracic, and general surgery ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Benefits ● Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee premium fully covered by employer) ● Medical Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 per year (includes expenses for spouse and children; follows FSA guidelines) or $250/month if opting out of the health plan ● Education: CME reimbursement allowance starting at $2,000/year, increasing by $500 annually up to $3,500/year; includes 5 paid education/professional development days; covered expenses for BLS/ACLS/PALS renewals, RN & APRN license renewal, conferences, travel for conferences, CEUs, and educational materials ● Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of service; employer contributes 3% annually; additional profit-sharing potential; fully vested after 6 years ● Disability Coverage: Employer-paid group disability (60% of covered earnings up to $10,000/month) ● PTO: Year 1 – 5 weeks; Year 3 – 6 weeks; Year 7 – 7 weeks (carry over up to 5 days/year) + paid holidays ● Other Covered Costs: Group malpractice insurance; hospital reappointment fees How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and professional references to [email protected].
