Core Responsibilities (Anesthesia Provider)
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in the OR and NORA settings.
• Deliver safe perioperative and airway management for patients of all ages, including trauma and complex cases.
• Collaborate with physician anesthesiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Float between departments and multiple hospital locations as required; maintain flexibility in scheduling.
• Document care in EPIC EMR and operate standard anesthesia machines and monitors.
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — board certified.
• Active North Carolina state license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1–2 years of CRNA clinical experience; no new graduates.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced surgical environments and to float across departments.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR and common anesthesia equipment preferred.
