URGENT LOCUM TENENS CRNA OPPORTUNITY IN ARIZONA
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Arizona (Multiple regional sites)
- Specialty: CRNA
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts ONLY
- Call: Required (Weeknight and Weekend beeper call; 30-minute response time)
- Commitment: Must be willing to work at multiple regional locations and share call rotation
CLINICAL SCOPE:
- Practice Model: Independent practice; must be proficient in performing peripheral nerve blocks
- Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Pulmonary/Bronchoscopy, and Gastro
- Specialized Cases: OB, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Structural Heart
- Skill Note: No training for blocks provided; candidates must provide case logs of blocks performed
- EMR: Cerner
REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Status: NBCRNA Board Certified
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
- Licensure: Active Arizona state license required to bid
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS (Must be AHA or American Red Cross); PALS required for specific sites
- Geographic Restriction: Provider must reside 60+ miles from the facility
- Background: Detailed explanation required for any work gaps, malpractice claims, or board sanctions

- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available
- Multiple Providers: Seeking up to 10 providers for this urgent vacancy
- Cross-Credentialing: Providers will be cross-credentialed at all regional locations within the system
