Schedule Options:
4x10s + 1 (14-hr) home call shift
or
5x10s + 1 (14-hr) home call shift
Choose M–Th or T–F
Day Shift: 7:00a – 5:00p
Home Call: 5:00p – 7:00a
Last scheduled shift flows directly into call
OT paid after 40 hours
Practice Highlights
94-bed hospital
7 ORs daily (4 Main OR + 3 outpatient)
ORs run 7:30a – 5:30p
Case Mix Includes:
Inpatient cases
General anesthesia
Epidurals
OB & thoracic cases
ICU support (regional blocks, central lines)
No hearts, heads, vascular, spine, or sick peds
Patient volume: 10–15/day
Ages: Newborn to 100+
EPIC EMR
Independent role with supportive supervision
Need driven by permanent provider retirement
