About the Practice:
An established private practice located near New York City, is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join on a part-time or full-time basis. The group provides high-quality anesthesia care for a range of B&B cases in a supportive and efficient environment.
Opportunity:
This position includes a variety of B&B cases such as endo, ENT, intubations, MAC, eyes & outpatient surgery. No OB. No call, nights or weekends, with flexible shift options for 3 (12s), 4 (10s), 5 (8s) to accommodate different schedules. Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and procedural cases as listed above.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively.
Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Valid and unrestricted New York RN license (or eligible for licensure).
Strong clinical skills in general, OB, and pediatric anesthesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) in good standing are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:
The practice offers a highly competitive compensation package with a potential earning of $230,000+ annually for a full-time position, commensurate with experience and schedule.
