Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Benefits: For W2 employees, OOA offers a comprehensive benefits plan to include medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, disability, CME, and paid malpractice. Eligibility to participate in benefits is determined by FTE Status.
W2 Rates: $175,000 - $350,000 per year
Salary is determined by FTE status. The above scale reflects the range for a .50 FTE ($175k) to 1.0 FTE ($350k) and all statuses in between.
1099 Rates: $200-$225 per hour
Hourly rate is determined depending on the average hours of service that will be provided, agreed upon between the company and the contractor.
Work Location: OOA owns and operates surgery centers in Olympia and Centralia, WA with a new ASC opening in Hawks Prairie towards the end of 2026. We are currently in need of coverage for our Olympia and Hawks Prairie locations, and the specific work site will be mutually agreed upon prior to hire.

Qualifications:
- We perform a high volume of regional anesthesia, proficiency in most regional blocks is required.
- Valid and unrestricted Washington State RN and ARNP licenses.
- Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
