$275,000 – $300,000 compensation
Mountain Laurel Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our physician-led single-specialty gastroenterology ambulatory surgery center in scenic Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Position Highlights
• Predictable daytime schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities

Typical workday concludes by 3 PM with cases completed early when the schedule allows. Efficient GI case mix with rapid turnover and minimal medical complexity.

Clinical Responsibilities
• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for ambulatory GI procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthesia professionals, and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active RN and APRN licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
• $275,000 – $300,000 compensation range depending on schedule and experience
