Job Description
$350,000 total compensation package (includes salary plus all benefits and retirement). $75,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment is being offered (pro-rata repayment should you leave prior to the 3 years). Annual salary of $258,750 paid over 24 pay periods, with an additional lump sum payment $12,000 annually each October in one of the October pay periods for a commitment for the next 12 months (giving a combined base annual income total of $270,750. 401(k) match and profit sharing paid on total amount of W2 income reported including any salary, sign-on bonus, retention bonus or extra work. Schedule: Mon-Fri day-only 40/hr week with NO CALL, NO OB, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS, NO NIGHTS. Part-time and Per Diem opportunities are also available and can be structured as 1099 or W2.
Our Blacksburg campus CRNAs enjoy NO CALL. No OB, no Level 1 or Level 2 trauma, no cardiac or sick peds. Call is performed by a solo anesthesiologist (only 1 room call coverage provided on nights, weekends, and holidays).
Flexible, CRNA-centric day shift schedules of 8s,10s, or 12s. 8 weeks of immediate PTO (no accrual). Work in a collaborative care-team model with outstanding anesthesiologist/CRNA relationships and a great predictable quality of life. Opportunities for regional anesthesia, healthy peds, regional. LewisGale Hospital-Montgomery is a 140-bed hospital with 8-10 ORs and endo suites. Practice includes orthopedics, general surgery, ENT ( including healthy peds ), GYN-only (NO OB), urology, endo, spine, ophthalmology. No hearts/ no crani. 3 miles from the vibrant Virginia Tech campus. Blacksburg is a beautiful college-town in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
