$350,000 minimum total compensation package (includes salary plus all benefits and retirement). $75,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-yr commitment (pro-rata repayment should you leave prior to the 3 years). Annual base salary $258.750 with an additional $12,000 lump sum in October for a commitment for another 12 months (combined base annual income total of $270,750). Mon-Fri 40/hr week with NO CALL, NO NIGHTS. Weekend 8-hr or 12-hr day shifts for sign-up and paid extra. Immediate 8 weeks PTO (no accrual period). Part-time and Per Diem opportunities are also available and can be structured as 1099 or W2
Flexible, CRNA-centric day-only shift schedules of 8s,10s, or 12s. Full-time: WORK 36 AND PAID FOR 40 (three 12s), or four 10s, or five 8s (pick your choice). Great team with outstanding anesthesiologist/CRNA relationships and a great quality of life. Opportunities for challenging cases, regional anesthesia, invasive lines, cardiac if desired. New grads welcome.

Valley Anesthesia, P.C. in Salem consists of 10 anesthesiologists and 17 CRNAs. LewisGale Medical Center has 15 operating rooms, 4 endo suites, interventional and EP labs. We provide all anesthesia services to the patients including bread & butter cases, healthy pediatrics, spine, neuro, possible cardiac/lung team if interested. No transplant or sick peds. Cardiac cases available if desired. Competitive salary and full benefits package offered with a generous retirement and profit sharing package. We are the exclusive contract provider of anesthesia services with an expansion of service lines and increasing OR volume. Just renewed exclusive 5-year contract of anesthesia services.
