Compensation & Benefits:
-Annual base compensation $301,600
-Commencement Bonus $30,000 for 2 year commitment
-6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service
-CME - Up to $3,000
-Relocation Allowance if relocating from out of State or area

Practice Environment:
-Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery Center
-4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
-Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually including General, Ortho, Uro, Plastics, etc.
-Shift types: 8s
Qualifications:
-Active MI license
-NBCRNA Certification
-ALS/BLS Certifications
