Compensation and Benefits:
-$238,800 Annual base salary + Opportunities for time and a half
-8 weeks PTO
-$10,400 Seniority Premium - 10+ years of experience
-$16,667 Commencement Bonus
-$16,667 Annual Retention Bonus

-Active state license | DEA | State CDS
-Board certification required.
