Join Total Anesthesia Solutions, a CRNA Private Practice servicing Winchester Medical Center, a community acute care hospital and ASC serving northwest Virginia, West Virginia and the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. All levels and experience, including SRNAs, are welcome to apply. We proudly have NO NON-COMPETES required and offer both W2 and 1099 opportunities
Compensation:
• Base Salary $250,000 - $300,000 W2, commensurate with experience.
• $320,000 to $360,000 Annually with 1099
• A variety of shifts are available including 8's, 10's and 12's and now 24’s!
• For 6 (24) hour shifts per month, offers $300K W2 or $375K 1099 annually.
• Up to $90,000 Sign-on Bonus available.
• Differential for Weekend and Evening shifts
• Annual performance bonus
• Total time-off 8 weeks

Just 75 mi from Washington DC and 45 miles from Leesburg and convenient access to Dulles International Airport.
Case Mix:
Winchester Medical Center campus offers a diverse caseload across a Level II trauma center and two surgical centers. Cases including General, GI, Pediatrics, Gyn, Ortho, Major Vascular, Thoracic, Ophthalmology, Cardiac, Neuro, OB, and Trauma.
