HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Care Team Model of 6 General Anesthesiologists and 19 CRNAs covering an average of 20 sites of service.
• Diverse mix of cases including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds.
• Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.
• Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.
• Weekday is once every 3 weeks, weekend is once every 7 weeks. (Separate in house Nighthawk Team)
• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
Incentive and Benefits Package:
• W2 Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services.
• Start Date bonus up to $75,000/3 yr. commitment.
