Looking for FT and PRN CRNAs. FT salary starting at $300K with Sign on Bonus $10K for 1yr or $20K for 2yr. PRN Rate starting at $215hr with 8hr guarantee. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKEND, NO CALL!!! Malpractice is covered for both. We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What we offer:
Sign on bonus of 20k for 2 year commitment
Base W2 salary: $300,000 annually
Quarterly bonus: $8,750 (Annual bonus total: $35,000)
Paid vacation: 6 weeks, or 240 hours per year
Paid holidays: 7 paid holidays
PTO rollover: up to 80 hours annually
Professional development reimbursement: up to $1,500 per year
401(k): 3% Safe Harbor contribution, plus 1% to 5% additional discretionary profit sharing based on company performance
Annual merit raises: 1% to 3% based on performance Credentialing timeframe: 30 to 60 days
