FT and PRN CRNA needed in Richmond Virginia. Looking for FT and PRN CRNAs to join our care team model at a great facility with excellent GI physicians. Core compensation: PRN $180hr with Guarantee and covered Medmal • $270,000 base salary (pro-rated as applicable for FTE status) • $20,000 sign-on bonus • up to $40,000 annual performance bonus i.e. up to 10k per quarter • full benefits (PTO, CME, malpractice, retirement) Retention incentives: • $15,000 at 1 year • $25,000 at 2 years • $35,000 at 3 years 1099 conversion incentive: • $40,000–$50,000 for current contractors who transition to W-2 • eligibility for the same retention bonuses Applicants must meet all state licensure requirements.
