USAP's Denton Division (Medical City Denton) has a new opening for a full-time CRNA. This is a weekday day shift position with overtime opportunity on weekends if desired. Shifts range from 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm, or 11am-7pm. We offer a wide variety of cases, including some neuro, but there are no hearts. Position is based in a care-team model that offers a friendly staff and a great work life balance. Compensation will be paid salary and is based on years of experience. Cash sign on Bonus offered! Full benefits offered to include paid malpractice, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement!
