Opening two new ASCs in the Edmonds area, ortho, plus other specialties.
We need 6-8 CRNAs to staff two high-end ASCs. Full outpatient practice. Cases include ortho, spines, podiatry, general surgery, eyes, some peds available, plus more. Regional skills a plus, but can help train.

Whether you’re looking for W-2 stability with benefits or 1099 autonomy with premium hourly rates, we offer a highly competitive package, including profit sharing—plus no call, no nights, no weekends (optional weekend IVF coverage), and a consistently manageable caseload.
Position Highlights:
W-2 Salaried at $280,000-$291,000 DOE plus profit sharing and full benefits for full-time staff.
1099- Daily flat rate $1800-$1900 DOE
Outpatient schedule, typically 7-10-hour days, depending on location.
$40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for two-year committment
No call, no nights, no weekends, predictable, outpatient schedule.
cases include: ortho (upper and lower extremities), spine, podiatry, bariatrics, GI, eyes, ENT, plastics, etc.
Full scope, including opportunity for regional and healthy peds if desired.

Schedule & Lifestyle:
Monday–Friday schedule (typically 4-day weeks). Some optional weekend fertility cases. Opportunity for extra days with shift incentives and overtime.
