Location: North Hills Surgery Center – Fayetteville, AR
Employment Type: Full-Time (1099)

Compensation & Benefits:
$270,000+ annual earning potential
$20,000 annual retention bonus
$10,000 annual performance/quality bonus
$200/hour in premium pay
12 weeks time off
Malpractice with tail coverage provided
Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for additional income
Practice Highlights:
Outpatient surgery center setting with predictable schedule
40 hrs/week; No call requirement
