ENVOY has an exciting opportunity for a CRNA in Fort Walton Beach.
Facility Overview:
Level II Trauma / Level II NICU with 14 ORs (including OB)
Cases include - Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
25 CRNAs / 9 MDs
Schedule is 4x8 or 5x8 hr coverage.
Call and weekend not required, but preferred.
EMR - Med Action
BLS, ACLS, PALS – required
