CentraCare is seeking a CRNA to join its Anesthesia department in Willmar, MN. Practice in both Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center.

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday 7am – 3:30pm (with occasional late shifts) • Salary range between $255,000-275,000 with $60,000 sign on bonus • 1:10 Call • Epic EMR system • 9 CRNAs, 2 MDs in group • Variety of cases included peds, OB, ENT, General, Endo Robotic, Ortho, Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, and all pain blocks • Combination of Medical direction and CRNA-only cases • Approximately 10 cases per CRNA per day at surgery center; 4 per day at hospital EDUCATION: • Graduate of a Registered Nurse program recognized by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council. • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (or its predecessor, if applicable). • Successful completion of the certification examination administered by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. EXPERIENCE: • Knowledge of growth and development principles over the entire life span of the patient population to include neonate to geriatric. • Ability to observe, assess, and interpret patient age specific data, reaction, treatments, progress, and outcomes. • Knowledge of current anesthesia principles and practices, agents, equipment, devices, and techniques. • Knowledge of emergency medical procedures • Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals and the general public. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required. • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required. • Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. • Successful completion of medical staff office credentialing must be completed prior to working without a preceptor. • Successful completion of third-party payer credentialing must be completed prior to billing for services PAY AND BENEFITS • Starting pay begins at $240,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience  • Salary range: $240,000 - $260,000 per year  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate • Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
