Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly autonomous provider looking for flexibility, low case volume, and an outstanding work-life balance in a solo CRNA model.
Position Highlights:
• Compensation Options:
o Option 1: $580,000 annually (1099) for full-time (52 weeks/year) - vacation buy back!
o Option 2: $290,000 annually (1099) for 26 weeks/year
• Schedule: Independent, solo CRNA model with cases typically completed before lunch
• Call: No in-house call; 30-minute response time
• Case Mix: OB (approx. 15 deliveries/month), GYN, GI, Podiatry, Urology, General Surgery
o No CV, Neuro, or Vascular cases
• Daily Staffing: Solo CRNA coverage – enjoy full clinical autonomy
Contractor Perks:
• Independent 1099 contractor model
• Semi-monthly pay
