**Benefits:**
Our total compensation ranges from $302,000 to $324,000 annually, including a 14.2% employer contribution to your 401(k). We will offer a $30,000 sign on bonus to make relocation effortless.
Paid Time Off details—7.6 weeks or 38 days, including vacation, personal leave days, CME time and paid holidays.
In addition to this, you'll accrue twelve sick days annually (96 hours), earned monthly to support your well-being throughout the year.
Combined: 10 weeks off.
For any work beyond your clinical commitment, you’ll earn an impressive $145 per hour. And all of this comes with the added bonus of living and working in beautiful Utah!
