ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
Location: Ft. Wayne, IN
Start date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 5x8's
Call requirements: None
Independent Model
Cases: General, endo, OB, neuro, ortho, and healthy peds; no hearts or burn. Will match CRNA to cases they are comfortable with.
Credentialing: 60-90 days * can get expedited privs w/ clean file
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be licensed in IN or willing to obtain
Must be board certified with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS
