Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, NV is seeking experienced CRNAs to join a collaborative, all-CRNA model in a close-knit, rural setting. This full-time opportunity offers a diverse case mix with a strong emphasis on endoscopy, orthopedic, OB, and general surgery, averaging approximately 1,800 cases annually. Providers work weekday shifts with a 1:3 call rotation, supported by a dependable on-call structure.
