75% Clinical Practice with USAP-Nevada
Practice alongside Nevada's largest anesthesia team, delivering comprehensive services across Las Vegas's premier hospitals and health systems (HCA, Dignity Health, Valley Health). You'll work in an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
25% Academic Faculty with Roseman University
Shape the next generation of CRNAs as teaching faculty in Roseman's Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia (DNPNA) program. Contribute to curriculum development, clinical education, and the advancement of nurse anesthesia specialty.

- Competitive compensation ($235k - $270k) with access to incentives and premium pay
- Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually

About Roseman University College of Nursing:
Roseman University's DNPNA program in Las Vegas prepares advanced practice nurses to provide the highest quality anesthesia care. The program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) and maintains rigorous standards for excellence in anesthesia education.
As faculty, you'll contribute to:
- Teaching anesthesia-specific content in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum in alignment with COA standards and evidence-based practice
- Mentoring students and guiding Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) projects
-Supporting clinical site development and maintaining strong partnerships with clinical affiliates
-Participating in accreditation maintenance and continuous program improvement
- Contributing to student admissions, evaluation, and academic advisement
- Maintaining student records in compliance with COA and NBCRNA requirements
- Holding regular office hours and engaging in College of Nursing service activities
