-Start date is as soon as credentialed
-307 beds and 14 ORs
-Cases: General anesthesia mix, Endo, Ortho, Urology, OB, Thoracic, Neuro, Adult & Pediatrics
-EMR: Epic
-Credentialing 60-90 days
