A full-time CRNA opportunity is available with a growing private practice located in a desirable suburb just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is based in a new, state-of-the-art surgery center, offering a beautiful and modern facility designed to support a smooth, efficient workflow and an excellent clinical environment. The position features a highly sought-after Monday–Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holiday coverage, allowing for outstanding work-life balance.
CRNAs in this role enjoy autonomy and are responsible for managing their own cases, which include general surgery, plastics, and GI procedures. Flexible scheduling options are available, including both full-time and 0.8 FTE positions to match your lifestyle and preferences.
Compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary of up to $270,000, in addition to profit sharing, a 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package.
