A well-respected Michigan hospital is seeking permanent CRNAs to work independently. This position offers true schedule autonomy, with self-scheduling available for 8-, 10-, 12-, and 24-hour shifts—perfect for CRNAs who value flexibility and work–life balance.
CRNAs provide full-scope anesthesia, including a diverse case mix and regional anesthesia, in a modern, efficient OR environment. Compensation starts at $275K+, with additional earnings based on experience, generous overtime, a $100K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
